- Horses will not be held if a deposit is not paid. At least 10% non refundable deposit is
needed on horses being paid off on terms. Non refundable means non refundable and
will not be refunded if people simply change their minds mid sale. Please choose
carefully we want everyone to be happy with their purchases, vet inspections are
welcomed at purchasers expense, visits welcomed to view sales horses, times can be
arranged please contact us for a time that suits.
- Terms available to approved customers only.
- We reserve the right to change prices or remove horses for sale at anytime.
- If horses are not paid for as agreed at time of sale the horses will be re-advertised and
money will not be refundable, but any deposits or money paid can be deductible off any
other horses offered for sale, for a period of 2 months from termination of previous sales
agreement.
- Mares offered for sale are sold at a not in foal price unless specified in
advertisements or an agreement is made at time of sale.
- Regular payments are required on all payment plans.
- Horses on payment plans that are not paid for within 3 months will be required to pay
adjistment for the remainder of agreement unless prior agreement in place at time of
sale.
- All care taken but if a vet is required then it will be at the buyers / owners expense. All
efforts will be made to contact buyers / owners to let them know previously to vet being
called if necessary, the wellbeing of the horses are our first concern.
- We consider all foals and youngstock offered to be sound and of show quality.
